By accessing and/or using this website (the “Site”), including any features made available on the Site, you are acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use (“Terms”)  and all of the terms and conditions contained herein.  By using this Site, you acknowledge and accept the Site’s Privacy Policy found at https://coachingbee.net/privacy, and consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with such Privacy Policy.

By using this Site, you further agree that www.coachingbee.net may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site.  Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should periodically review these Terms and applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site.

Please take the time to read these Terms as they constitute a written agreement between you and Coaching Bee and they affect your legal rights and obligations. Each time you access and/or use the Site (other than to simply read these Terms), you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. Therefore, do not use the Site if you do not agree.

  1. Content on the Site

The Site and all content on the Site are intended for your personal, non-commercial use.  All materials published on the Site, including the Coaching Bee logo, and all designs, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, images, audio clips, information, data, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Site Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Coaching Bee and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under the law.

Coaching Bee hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site Materials and electronically copy, and print to hard copy portions of the Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial and personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein. The foregoing limited license (i) does not give you any ownership of, or any other intellectual property interest in, any Site Materials, and (ii) may be immediately suspended or terminated for any reason, in Coaching Bee ’sole discretion, and without advance notice or liability.

The limited license granted herein is subject to these Terms and does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Site or the Site Materials therein; (b) the distribution, public performance or public display of any Site Materials; (c) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Site and the Site Materials, or any portion thereof; (d) use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (e) downloading (other than the page caching) of any portion of the Site, the Site Materials or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Site; or (f) any use of the Site or the Site Materials other than for its intended purpose.

The Site contains links to other related, but external, internet sites, resources and advertisers, including those of Coaching Bee’s affiliated entities. Since Coaching Bee is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents, you should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or webmaster of such external site.

Any use of the Site or the Site Materials other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of Coaching Bee, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the permission granted herein.  Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications regulations and statutes.

  1. No Commercial Activity; Third-Party Products and Services

This Site is solely for furthering the nonprofit ministry purposes of Coaching Bee. No advertisements or promotions of a commercial nature for products or services are permitted on the Site.

  1. Trademarks

“Coaching BEE,” along with other Coaching BEE logos and any other Coaching BEE service name or slogan contained in the Site are trademarks of Coaching BEE, and/or its affiliates and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Coaching BEE. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing the marks or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Coaching BEE without our prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Coaching BEE and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and names or logos mentioned in the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by Coaching BEE.

You further agree that you are solely responsible for your conduct while on the Site. Further, Coaching BEE may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Site for noncommercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Coaching BEE or any of its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use a Coaching BEE logo or other proprietary graphic of Coaching BEE to link to this Site without the express written permission of Coaching BEE. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Coaching BEE trademark, logo or other proprietary information, including the images found at the Site, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page on the Site without Coaching BEE ‘s express written consent. Except as noted above, you are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Coaching BEE or any third party.

Coaching BEE makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of third-party web sites accessible by hyperlink from the Site, or web sites linking to the Site. Coaching BEE provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation, endorsement or adoption by Coaching BEE of any site, or any information contained therein.   1. Submission of Suggestions and Ideas to Coaching BEE by Users

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Site (“Submissions”), provided by you to Coaching BEE are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Coaching BEE. Coaching BEE shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any purpose, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

Coaching BEE is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to text or photography. While Coaching BEE attempts to make your access and use of the site safe, Coaching BEE cannot and does not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) are free of viruses or other harmful components; therefore, you should use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses from any download.
